It’s a chilly morning here,
but with a fire in the fireplace,
and Chewy Molasses Crinkles coming out of the oven,
it is a great morning! They smell so good!
2 cups coconut sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup coconut oil
1 cup molasses
2 ½ to 3 cups of coconut flour (depends on consistency)
4 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp salt
Heat oven to 350
Beat coconut sugar, butter, coconut oil, molasses and eggs
Add in coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger and salt
Drop by tsp on to parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake for 9 mins
Sprinkle with pretty sugar crystals since it is Christmas!!!

and filling them with cookies to use as gifts.
