A great recipe for those eating wheat free.
Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake
¾ cup coconut flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup grape seed oil
1 ½ cup honey
1 Tbsp Vanilla
In a bowl combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda
In another bowl blend eggs, oil, honey and vanilla
Blend wet and dry ingredients with mixer
Grease 2 (9”) pans and very lightly dust with coconut flour or cocoa powder
Pour batter into pans and bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
Allow cakes to cool completely and then remove from pans
Frost with your favorite icing and serve!
