Cranberry Clementine Relish: a definate add to your Christmas Dinner file
One 12oz pkg of fresh Cranberries
1 seeded Clementine – peel and all
1 & 1/4 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse till relish consistency.
Store in fridge for up to 10 days.
